RL Hinton CPA PC provides specialized elite wealth protection, strategic tax planning, and corporate advisory. Each client engagement is subject to a specific Letter of Engagement which supersedes these general terms where applicable.

The provision of accurate and timely financial data is the sole responsibility of the client. Our advice is predicated on the completeness of information provided to our firm.

RL Hinton CPA PC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
